    Terms and Conditions

    1. General Provisions

    The Seller (Seller's details: Rybízák s.r.o., ID: 05887461, VAT: CZ05887461, address: Sládkova 372/8, Ostrava, contact: help@fruvi.no) provides goods through an online store, where the contractual terms between the Seller and Buyer are governed by Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code.

    2. Goods and Prices

    • Prices and product specifications are provided for each item in the online store, including VAT.
    • The offer of goods is non-binding.
    • The Seller reserves the right to adjust prices or discount terms.

    3. Order

    The Buyer places an order by selecting an item, delivery method, and payment option. The contract is concluded upon the Seller's confirmation of the order. The Buyer is obligated to provide valid contact details.

    4. Payment and Delivery

    • Payment options: bank transfer, card payment, cash on delivery.
    • Delivery is available to the Buyer's address, a pick-up point, or directly in-store.
    • Delivery costs are covered by the Buyer according to the chosen delivery method.

    5. Withdrawal from the Contract

    The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods (does not apply to custom-made goods, perishable goods, or for health/hygiene reasons). Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer. The Seller will refund the money within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

    6. Complaints and Liability for Defects

    The Seller guarantees that the goods are free of defects at the time of receipt. The Buyer has the right to replacement, repair, discount, or withdrawal from the contract in case of substantial defects. Complaints will be resolved within 30 days at the latest from the date they are filed.

    7. Dispute Resolution

    The Buyer can contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority for out-of-court dispute resolution (link to the online dispute resolution platform: https://adr.coi.cz).

    8. Final Provisions

    • These terms and all contractual relationships are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
    • The Seller may change these terms, with the new version applicable to orders after the effective date of the change.

    These terms and conditions take effect on 29.10.2024
