About Apricot wine
Apricot wine was created for International Wine Day 2021 and actually at the request of you, the fans. We worked on the recipe for a long time, and more than once we sweated over its production. But the result is worth it! We found the most beautiful and sweetest apricots in Czech and Slovak fruit orchards, which give Apricot wine its authentic apricot aroma and intense fruity taste. It's simply like mixing apricots with white wine. Ah!
How to drink apricot wine
Drink Apricot wine as you please. It tastes best when well chilled. So leave it in the fridge for a few hours.
Apricot wine is great as an aperitif for toasting and as a digestif after a good dinner. It tastes excellent with desserts and fruit salads. If you're watching your figure, skip the food and have a glass of Apricot wine. It's perfectly satiating. If you're not counting calories, but rather alcohol levels, we recommend adding a few ice cubes or some soda and enjoying sparkling apricot wine.
When the temperature drops to unpleasant levels, heat up the Apricot wine and enjoy its fully developed flavors and aromas. It will bring back memories of warmer days. How best to heat it? Heat it to about 60 degrees Celsius (when it starts to foam, don't boil!) and you have a perfect mulled wine. Don't add cinnamon or cloves, the taste would be too intense.
