How to drink Monšerý

With utmost care. Monšerý is so addictive that it drinks almost like soda. However, sipping it all evening is harmless, even recommended, as it perfectly complements the taste of the main course and desserts. It’s best enjoyed with a little snack – sweet or savory.

Monšerý doesn’t need to be chilled beforehand. Simply store the bottle at room temperature. You can enhance Monšerý by adding a few ice cubes. In winter, we swear by the mulled version. Heat the wine to around 60°C (avoid bringing it to a boil). It will fill your kitchen with a wonderful aroma and bring out the rich chocolate flavor with a hint of cherries.
