About Jasmine
When wine and a touch of magic come together, something totally enchanting is created... Jasmini. Its flavor is as magical and spectacular as its appearance. Its composition is truly extraordinary. We have found the most fragrant jasmine flowers and macerated them in 100% sweet grape juice (especially of the Muscat variety).
Finally, we have used pearlescent pigments< to make the jasmine really shine. Don't worry, these thingsare edible and harmless. There is far less in each jar than in a cake from a bakery. You won't notice it on your tongue.
We recommend that you chill the jasmine first or wrap it in a damp cloth and put it in the freezer for 15 minutes.
The cloth freezes fairly quickly and creates a sort of icy shell that chills the specialty in a few minutes.
