We highly recommend pairing this Christmas special with a platter of cookies. We found it most delicious with gingerbread, of course, but also with Raffaello balls and vanilla crescents. Avoid pairing it with carp or potato salad, as that would be a rather unusual combination, but with Christmas bread or after the main meal, while waiting for Santa, Gingerbread Wine is perfect.
