About Cherry wine

Cherry wine is made from carefully selected cherries that have ripened to perfection in Czech and Slovak orchards. Its taste is distinctly fruity and pleasantly sweet. You can easily recognize it by taste even with your eyes closed. And the smell! Like a glass of cherry compote!

How to drink cherry wine

Drink cherry wine simply as you like. You can sip it all evening or savor it over several days by the glass. And like red wine, Cherry wine doesn't need refrigeration. Just store it at room temperature. But with a few ice cubes, it's pleasantly refreshing.

In winter, we can't resist the mulled version. Heat the Cherry wine to about 60 degrees Celsius (when it starts to foam, don't let it boil!) and you have a perfect mulled wine. Just without cinnamon and cloves, the taste would be very unbalanced!

Cherry wine is excellent for cooking. Add it to the juices that release from a steak and you have a wonderful sauce. If you can't resist sweets, you must try tiramisu with Cherry wine. Dip ladyfingers in it and you'll experience heaven in your mouth. Or soak raisins or other dried fruits in it. You can also make a slightly bolder marmalade from it to spread on... pancakes, of course.

Packaging, storage, and shelf life

Cherry wine is bottled in a 0.75 l glass bottle. We use a high-quality cork as a closure. We recommend storing Cherry wine in a cool, dark place - direct sunlight is not good for it. The storage period is 12 months from the date of delivery. An opened bottle will keep in the refrigerator for several days, but once opened, we recommend drinking Cherry wine the same evening to not miss out on all the wonderful flavors and aromas.
