These are a few Christmas specialties that we only serve at Christmas time - all three with original recipes that we almost wracked our brains to develop. But it was worth it! Pernice has been our most popular Christmas special for several years in a row, and it tastes like freshly baked gingerbread. The vanilla roll tastes exactly as the name promises - like rolls sprinkled with sugar. Only with an extra drop of alcohol, which makes them your favorite (liquid) confectionery. And Andelka? The youngest member of our Christmas company is making his debut with us! The combination of carefully selected plums, cinnamon and wine makes it an angelic, delicious wine that's perfect for a home brew.
