About Bezi

Bezi is an original herbal wine of our own recipe, which we make from black elderflowers. When you first taste it, it resembles a classic grape wine, but then it develops a subtle elderberry flavour that warms your chest and gradually spreads throughout your body.

How to drink elderflower wine

Drink elderflower simplyat will. You'll enjoy it most when it's super chilled. So give it a few hours in the fridge.

The floral flavour is especially pronounced when you make a punch out of Bezi. Just warm it up, it shouldn't foam or even bubble. The mug warms pleasantly in the hands and sends the heat to the tips of the toes.

In summer temperatures, on the other hand, we recommend serving Bezi very cold, with ice cubes or even in chilled glasses. It's a fantastic ingredient for alcoholic homemade lemonades - with soda and lemon, for example. Super refreshment for a party, barbecue or celebration...
